Delivery & Returns

Standard UK delivery is £5, or free for all orders over £80.

We send all orders within 1–2 days on a Royal Mail 1st Class service. We'll send you a despatch confirmation as soon as your order leaves us.

If you have a discount code, it can't be used in conjunction with free shipping. Only one discount code or offer can be applied to your order.

Collection

Collection is available for all of our products from the Pod & Pip workshop near Sailisbury, Wiltshire. Do let us know if you would like to collect outside of our normal opening hours and we can arrange a time with you. We aim to offer same-day collection available on all orders. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. 

Returns

If you wish to return a product please let us know by emailing sarah@podandpip.co.uk. 

All returns must be received by us within 14 days of purchase and in their original condition. Clothing returns must have their original labels attached. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings.

We're sorry, but we're unable to cover the cost of return postage. Refunds will be credited within 2–4 working days of us receiving your items.

Damaged or faulty items

Refunds for damaged or faulty goods will be processed within 14 days.
