Workshops 2021
What better way to spend a morning, or indeed a whole day, than immersing yourself in the beautiful world of floristry. Pod & Pip have a wonderful selection of workshops for you to choose from. Each workshop is designed to help you develop your creativity through arranging flowers; with Sarah as your guide through the whole process.
The classes sizes are deliberately kept small to give you the chance to focus on you; to really engage with all things floral. At each workshop we aim to make it fun, informative and relaxed. Sarah is passionate about how nature, and in particular flowers, can enhance your mood and we encourage you to focus on the mindfulness that flowers give; calming and therapeutic, helping to strengthen your confidence, enhancing your mood positively.
You will have the chance to pick seasonal flowers from the cutting garden, which allows you to gain confidence in your own flower selection; helping you improve your floristry skills and take the techniques you learn away with you for future flower arranging at home.
Sarah says that she “genuinely enjoys seeing people realise that they can create something beautiful”. Sarah will offer as much guidance as necessary and all the courses are designed to be suitable for beginners through to those with more experience. She will offer snippets of information, genuine first hand advice, and break down techniques to enable you to get the best out of each course.
“The huge smiles we see as clients walk out the door with the flower arrangements they have made is so rewarding. It’s about having the tools, the time, and some guidance. It’s great for some ‘me-time' and as we only have small groups the focus is on you creating something that you are happy with.”
For those coming to a morning workshop we suggest coming for an early morning wander in Sarah’s cutting garden first, followed by a coffee and cake. Or stay after your workshop for lunch at our new cafe run by renowned cake maker Alix Fauvel. We suggest that you pre-book your lunch when booking your workshop.
Our flower workshops are all held at the Pod & Pip workshop in Stratford Tony, Salisbury.

We also cater for ‘1-2-1 Workshops’ that can be tailored to your exact needs. The workshops are perfect for hen parties, team building days, ‘girls get togethers' or 1-2-1 tuition sessions. They are booked directly by contacting Sarah to discuss your requirements.
